I’m a dedicated higher-education financial aid professional with more than 20 years’ experience helping students and families navigate the often-confusing world of college financing.

Over my career I’ve worked at three large universities and personally supported thousands of families across all academic levels - undergraduate, graduate, medical, and veterinary - to identify and secure the funding they need to pursue their degrees.

I combine hands-on counseling with deep operational knowledge: I guide students through FAFSA® and institutional applications, package awards (including scholarships, grants, work-study, and loan options), manage verification and appeals for special circumstances, and explain repayment and loan-consolidation choices. I regularly collaborate with admissions, registrars, academic units, and bursar offices to create seamless student experiences, and I train staff and present workshops on best practices, compliance, and financial-literacy topics.
